Debits and credits have taken me across the country and around the world, but Australia has always been home.

My finance and business management career spans over 25 years. Working in corporate environments as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams and boards, I know what it takes to succeed.

I have many years of experience, and a passion for empowering not-for-profits manage their finances, and plan for tomorrow.

We teach grant and tender writing skills to boards, staff and volunteers in not-for-profits; charities and social enterprises. That’s what excites us! We know that the ability for organisations to respond to changes in the sector, and to adapt and innovate, depends on the capacity of their people and that’s who we’re investing in. We are always keen for discussions on collaborations and projects with shared values.

A brief note to thank Central Coast Council for arranging for me to attend Natalie's Grant Writing Programme; it was most informative and I am most grateful to be able to attend. Natalie is such a natural presenter and delivers her programme with enthusiasm and professionally.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the amazing training in Byron last month, your delivery was fantastic and the content was just what we needed. After doing the training we have just secured two major sponsors. I am the social butterfly rather than an amazing writer, thanks for giving us the tools to make this happen.

I attended a half day workshop in Brisbane last September. Natalie's presentation was excellent. I am pleased to say that earlier this year I wrote an application for a small grant and was successful - I am 100% positive that if I had not attended the workshop the result would have been different - I learnt so much, and would recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to gain grant writing skills. The end result is that we completed 99% of actions from our first Strategic Plan. Our State Executive and Members saw the tangible results of having achieved these outcomes, feeling they had been able to increase output by using a document that was focused on actions and achievable results. This has had a huge positive cultural impact within our organisation and we’ve noticed an increase in our team’s level interest and project ownership."

Great meeting. We loved it. More importantly, we observed your unique skills and experience in constructing funding approaches. You are very creative! There is certainly a special technique to it. It’s so easy to get it wrong and record failures. Thank you. The end result is that we completed 99% of actions from our first Strategic Plan.
