Erifili Davis is an experienced consultant specialising in local economic development, workforce participation, and capacity building, with a proven track record supporting businesses, community organisations, and major infrastructure projects. She has successfully secured grants and tenders across the training, community services, and arts sectors, including funding of up to $1,000,000, managing the full process from identifying opportunities and preparing submissions to delivering funded programs and evaluating outcomes.
In the infrastructure sector, Erifili has contributed to complex, multi-million-dollar tender submissions, with a focus on economic development, social responsibility, and local participation strategies. Her work has included developing approaches to maximise regional employment, engage small and Aboriginal businesses, and deliver lasting community benefits through major projects. She has also worked directly with small businesses to build their capability to respond to infrastructure tenders and meet procurement requirements.
Alongside this, Erifili delivers programs supporting small businesses to build their digital capability, leads creative projects that connect young regional creatives with professional opportunities, and works as an independent filmmaker. She brings together practical experience, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to support organisations in developing competitive, high-quality submissions and delivering meaningful, successful projects that create positive local impact.
We teach grant and tender writing skills to boards, staff and volunteers in not-for-profits; charities and social enterprises. That’s what excites us! We know that the ability for organisations to respond to changes in the sector, and to adapt and innovate, depends on the capacity of their people and that’s who we’re investing in. We are always keen for discussions on collaborations and projects with shared values.
